When you enter our rally you will be sending us personal information, this information is only be used for the purpose of the Sail Indonesia Rally, this information is kept in secure conditions and all precautions are taken to protect and secure this data.

For additional data security your emails, and personal information are not stored on line as in a Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo email account where it is possible to be accessed by hackers. All your emails to us are downloaded from the mail server on a daily schedule and then stored on computers that are not connected to the internet. We do not send broadcast emails and we do not keep mailing lists. |
Details of your crew and their passport information, email addresses and phone numbers will be given to The Australian Customs in Darwin to assist with your clearance and departure from Darwin. |
The Jakarta office where your Indonesian Cruising Permit (CAIT) application is processed receives low definition scanned images of your yacht's registration certificate and every crewmember's passport that must be included with your CAIT application.
